    East Chamber celebrates the graduation of 240 trainee in the (human resources official development) program









    The EastChambercelebratedrepresentative by the Training Center thegraduation of240traineesfrom (human resourcesadministrator)programwhich is implemented bythe Chamberfor the benefit ofhuman resource developmentin the regionDevelopment Fund(Taqat)heldthroughout thewhole yearsinceJanuary untilDecember 2014.
    Thegeneral secretary of theChamberAbdulrahman binAbdullahAlwabil saidduring a ceremonyrecentlyin Dammamheadquartersandattended by Director ofBranchHuman Resources Development Fund"Hadaf"in the Eastern ProvinceAbdul AzizAbdul RahmanAl-Youssefthat the programsaw alarge turnoutbecause of thequality ofhis interlocutorand the importance oftraineeswho gavelecturesprogramandstilldemand for itcontinuesbycorporate and individualmen and women, heleft a markwhere thetraineeswere able toform workingrelationshipswith each other andbusiness meetingsto developtheir potentialand mechanisms oftheir work andalsobenefit from their experiences.
    Alwabil saidthat the programaims to qualifynational cadresprofessional,on a scientific basisto work in thehuman resourcessector,throughprovide participants withthe skills and knowledgeof scientificand appliednecessaryfor the exercise ofthe profession,as a preludeflourto specialize inthe field ofhuman resourcesas acornerstonesupportinganyfacilityto achieve its goals.
    He added thatthe programcameunderHuman Resources Development Fundcontractwiththe Chamberto implementa training programaims tobridge thelabor marketneedofspecializednational cadres, there aretrainingbeneficiariesand rehabilitationto get tothe level ofabilityon thejobplanningscientificfoundations,andhow toattracttalent, trainingand conservation,alsobe trainedon thelocalizationof theserviceof the national projectinSaudization,the development of trainingprogramsfor new employeesand old,and evaluation ofjob performance, the programis aimed athuman resourcesofficialsin the privatesector enterprises.
    Alwabil saidthat the programsaw200trainees fromthe beginning ofthe first setandeventhe tenth,and 40trainees fromthe eleventhgroupandtwelvebymonthfullper setand lots oftrainingforfive days a week, as theprogram has providedfourspecialistsfor men andthreespecialistsfor the ladies.
    For his part,Al-Youssefsaid that the programis one ofthe programsthe fund-businessofferedto contribute to thedevelopment and construction ofa new cultureof human resource management, he saidheaims to dothe fund, as itis a causefor further communicationandinteraction with thetrainingsectors, whethertraining centersorcoaches, which in turnquotedexpertiseandthe efficiency ofthe private sectortrainersbroadcastmorescience andlearning and improvingskillsand broadenthe horizonandthiscorresponds tothe Fundwishes tosubmit ittothe business sector.
    Yousufwent onsaying: Duringthe past four yearshas beenthe implementation of severalprogramswiththe EastChamber representative by thetraining center, whichyieldednearly500graduatetraineeshave theknowledgeand skillto improvetheir careerand developtheir facilitiesto higher levels.
    AlYousufthankedthe Chamber team, stressingthat theprogramwas administeredata high level ofprofessionalism, transparency andflexibilitythat have contributedto the success ofall theprograms implemented bythe Chamber andskippeda lot ofchallengeslevel,also gavethanks to theelitecoacheswho have madethe effort andtime and informationto traineesand they wereon theamount oftrust.InconclusionAlwabil honuredAlYousufandall participantswith memorialshields.
